It is my pleasure to announce that First Impression Printing Company (FIP) has merged it's operations into Heeter Direct at their Southpointe Complex in Canonsburg, PA.

From humble beginnings I founded FIP twenty-eight years ago and with the hard work and determination from our employees, and countless others, we have had the honor of serving many fine customers. I would like to extend my thanks to all who have supported and "partnered" with FIP. Ellen and I are very proud of what we have accomplished and feel blessed and humbled to now begin a new chapter and join the Heeter Direct team.

We are extremely pleased that our Sales and Management people (and most of our Production Employees) will be joining the Heeter Direct Team and will continue to serve our customers.

In the past year or so it became apparent that the printing industry would have to consolidate in order to provide the high quality products, diverse capabilities and the level of customer service that our customers expect. Heeter Direct was very attractive for two main reasons - their positive customer-first attitude and the care they place on their most valuable asset - human resources.

FIP and Heeter Direct have both enjoyed quality reputations in the market place and each, with unique approaches, has invested substantially in order to differentiate from traditional printing companies. Heeter Direct has become a leader in digital print-on-demand, variable data, mailing, kitting and fulfillment services while FIP has provided comprehensive mailing services including specialty gluing and poly-bagging. With the blending of our companies, our customers will enjoy a superior single-source solution for all their graphic communication needs.
